I'll stamp all over 'credible boxer' Paul - Anthony Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout match which will be broadcast live on Netflix.

British boxer Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" the American as the pair came face-to-face to publicize the upcoming bout.

Ex two-time unified title holder Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive mismatch - at Miami venue on 19 December.

Boxer's Mindset

"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35, said.

"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's my goal."

Respectful Exchange

In spite of those words, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.

Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.

Targeting Fury

Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.

"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.

"I give him credit for that."

Legitimate Opponent

In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.

"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.

Jake Paul's History

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.

He lost to Briton Fury in last year.

Financial Success

Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's largest financial successes, frequently receiving massive financial rewards.

Prediction and Belief

The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently being planned for 2026.

"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.

Physical Disparity

As the two fighters participated in the usual face-off, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how amazing it is that the match is really proceeding.
