Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing different areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
